1. All shipments are FOB Uptick Apparel, Scarborough, Ontario.
  2. Applicable taxes & delivery charges are extra to unit pricing unless otherwise specified in writing.
  3. All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon placement of the order. The remaining 50% balance due prior to shipment.
  4. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.
